Sandy Dubpernell is our stained glass artist and will be at Penn Cove Gallery on Sunday, June 16, 2019. Stop in to see her work and learn about her glass art techniques. Sandy began her Sundown Stained Glass Studio in 1980, and uses the Louis Comfort Tiffany copper foil techniques to create her colorful stained glass designs. Her passion is to form pieces representing the flowers and animal life she finds here on Whidbey Island as well as on her many eco-trips.  Comments are closed.
