Timothy is a native of the Pacific NW and an Art graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane, WA. He comes from a family of artists and was instructed in art and visual expression from as far back as he can remember. Timothy is inspired by the Impressionists, this is reflected in many of his landscapes and portraits by emphasizing movement and communicating emotion through color.
