Stained Glass artist, Sandy Dubpernell will be at Penn Cove Gallery on Wednesday, November 22nd, to discuss her glass art techniques. Sandy uses the Louis Comfort Tiffany copper foil techniques to create her colorful stained glass designs. Her passion is to form pieces representing the flowers and animal life she finds on her many eco-trips. She began her Sundown Stained Glass Studio in 1980, in 1988 she moved it to Coupeville in from the NY Metro area.
