Penn Cove Gallery artist Mary Ellen O'Connor will be showing her work at the Spring Green Art Festival at the Lynnwood Convention Center on May 7th and 8th. The festival will feature more than 40 nature inspired artists and together with local specialty nurseries

In her Willow Pond Studio, she makes belt buckles (as shown above) that are pierced brass, inlaid with hand colored resins. The resins are tough enough to hold up under daily use. Mary Ellen also use this technique for silver cuffs and necklaces.
