Our potters, Carol Ann Bauer and Howard Hamsa, aka the artists and owners of STILLfire Pottery, are hosting their Eighteenth Annual Open House this weekend.

This holiday show and sale runs December 17 and 18, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 5650 Osprey Lane in Freeland here on Whidbey Island.  For more information, call the pottery at 360-331-5142.

According to Carol Ann: "Our current line of pottery is distilled from a lifetime of working with my hands, loving beautiful classical form, and being inspired by the intricacies of high-fire glazes.  Creating pottery full time since 1980, our business is now a family venture here on Whidbey where we are raising our two boys."
