Watercolor Artist, Randy Emmons, will be at Penn Cove Gallery on Saturday, November 16th from 10:00 to 5:00 with his brushes, paints and easel. Randy paints Northwest scenes in his own special style. Some people say his paintings make them happy and that is his aim, to make people feel good. His painting method is to try to lay his watercolors down clean and crisp, with the whites intact, making each painting sparkle.  Comments are closed.
