Michele Kempees is Penn Cove Gallery Artist of the Month for August. You can visit Michele at the gallery and see her painting on August 30. She'll also be signing her Coupeville Arts & Crafts Festival posters adjacent to the information booth during the event. Michele's work is also featured this month at Christopher's on Whidbey.
