John Olsen at Christopher's on Whidbey

8/25/2015

Picture
John's black and white photography will be on display at Christopher's Restaurant in Coupeville during September and October. He works in all camera formats, but favors infrared and high-speed B&W films for interpretive images. His current photographic work is nearly all black and white, printed in his own darkroom. He has a wide range of interest including landscapes, Eastern Plains, ghost towns and motorcycles. His motorcycle photos reflect his admiration for people who build things that are both functional and graceful.
