Helen Ryder - Oak Harbor, Washington
Award winning artist Helen Ryder, born in North Dakota, lived in California and then moved to beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. She taught art before exploring the world as an artist herself. Helen paints various subjects such as still lifes, landscapes, floral and abstracts, working mainly in watercolors but often incorporates mixed media in her paintings giving her work a design quality.
