The Penn Cove Gallery is the first cooperative art gallery in Central Whidbey Island. In 1994, several local island artists made a dream come true by opening this gallery in downtown historic Coupeville. This provided a wonderful way to promote talented island artisans. People visiting the gallery are pleasantly surprised by the professional quality and variety of the works on display.
