Carol Steele - Coupeville, Washington
Carol is a Rhode Islander who became a Whidbey Islander in 1984. She works primarily in Conte Crayon, Pastel and Watercolor and just recently refocused on portraiture. She is a member of Art League North and the Northwest Pastel Society. Her portrait commissions and paintings are in numerous private collections in the United States and Europe.
