Dan Ishler - Oak Harbor, Washington
Dan has made his living as a fulltime potter since the late '70's, exhibiting in art fairs and galleries throughout the United States. He has produced a wide range of work in both stoneware and porcelain, the past 20 years focused primarily on one of a kind pit fired or crystalline glazed pieces. Since his move to Whidbey Island in 1999, Dan has been involved with the Penn Cove Gallery and the Whidbey Working Artists Studio Tour, helping to promote local artisans. He continues to exhibit his work nationwide.
